Abstract

The article considers the issues related to the implementation of process management in the University. Special attention is paid to the allocation of the top-level processes for the University as an institution that implements a multi-level training program. In view of the previously developed methodology description of the processes, the article provides recommendations on what descriptions and notations to be used.
